The Law Offices of Simon P. We serve Maricopa and Pinal Counties. An Attorney/Client relationship can only be created between a client and the Law Offices of Simon P. Kennedy, PLLC, or its authorized personnel, by signing and agreeing to a Fee Agreement and upon the necessary receipt of any applicable retainer fee.

Personal Injury cases are handled on a ANo Recovery, No Fee@ basis. We will take a personal injury matter contingent upon our ability to reach a settlement or a judgment for money damages resulting from serious injury. Our fee, therefore, will be paid based on a percentage of the settlement or judgment of the client's case. Each Personal Injury case is unique and the Law Offices of Simon P. Kennedy, PLLC cannot guarantee the outcome of any case. A responsible party or insurance company of a responsible party does not pay our legal fees. The client does. These fees are taken from the total settlement or judgment proceeds before law firm costs or medical expenses are paid. The Law Offices of Simon P. Kennedy, PLLC, may advance costs in a personal injury case on behalf of the client. Regardless of whether the client receives a settlement or judgment on their case, the client is still required to reimburse the Law Offices of Simon P. Kennedy, PLLC, for any costs so advanced throughout the handling of their case. As an example and by no means limited to these examples, costs may include the cost to obtain police reports, private investigator reports, medical records, medical bills, other documentation necessary to present a claim against a responsible party.

In all cases, Client's are responsible for costs advanced on their behalf. The attorneys of the Law Offices of Simon P. Kennedy, PLLC, reserve the right to bill the client for costs as costs become due throughout the pendency of their case.
